Long before DEI was on the tip of everyone’s tongues, we’ve been in this space because it’s the right thing to do. It’s how we approach the world. In a state like California, diversity IS our way of life. Recognizing and respecting diversity in culture, language, gender, race and sexual orientation is imperative; without doing so, collaboration can’t happen and connections can’t be made. It’s about an investment of time and savoring the exchange to deeply understand each other, where we come from and where we’re headed, together. Our outreach work with diverse communities has been recognized and honored by the Public Relations Society of America, the Sacramento Public Relations Association and Ragan Communications. We develop authentic and transparent programs that establish a true dialogue between our clients and the communities they’re trying to connect with through thoughtful strategy, intentional partnerships and relevant tactics.
